The Field Executive role is responsible for sales support, marketing support, and the education and management of Beauty Advisors (BAs). This role requires spending a minimum of 70% of time in-store, working and coaching BAs to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards. The Field Executive will collaborate with the Area Sales and Operations Manager (ASOM) and other teams to ensure successful execution of promotions, training, and overall brand representation at retail counters.
