Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and handle IMAC requests for IT infrastructure.
  • Deliver service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Document processes and collect performance data for technical assistance.
  • Tie workflow to schedule and accurately document solutions for complex issues.
  • Create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Utilize a ladder as needed.

Requirements
