About The Position

Modern Woodmen’s Field Education department is seeking a Field Education Specialist to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of education programs and systems to new field representatives and administrative assistants. This role involves tracking and documenting training progress and providing ongoing reporting to field managers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in facilitating classroom and/or web-based training in a corporate, education, or volunteer environment.
Strong communication, writing, and time management skills.
Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual communication platforms.
Ability to select and creatively use various training/instructional methods appropriate for the situation.
Strong communication skills, especially public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and resources.
Service oriented.

Responsibilities

Conduct and coordinate training for new Financial Representatives (FR) and Associate Financial Representatives (AFR) using Modern Woodmen’s education systems and programs, primarily through virtual meeting platforms.
Schedule ongoing virtual training classes for FRs and AFRs.
Assign required FR and AFR coursework on Modern Woodmen University.
Track FR and AFR progress through all coursework and provide regular reports to applicable field managers.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of current and future training methodologies.
Assist with home office field rep schools and administrative assistant schools, including post-school follow-up meetings and evaluations.
Assist in the development of new training programs and video content for Modern Woodmen University.
Occasional travel may be required.
