About the position

As a Spray Technician, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately reporting findings to the operations leadership team
  • Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Safely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company property
  • Communicating escalations to the Assistant Superintendent and/or Superintendent
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the golf industry
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • A valid pesticide applicators license
  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
