We are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Feild Inventory Specialist to join our team. Team Shaw is in need of an experienced Feild Inventory Specialist to support its growth initiatives and mission while maintaining a strong focus on personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to client homes and job sites to assess contents after damage
  • Inventory items by photographing, categorizing, and documenting conditions
  • Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items using SERVPRO and industry standards
  • Use digital inventory software to log findings and generate reports
  • Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
  • Handle items with care and sensitivity, especially in emotionally charged situations
  • Support pack-out/pack-back procedures when necessary

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in environments affected by fire, water, mold, or debris
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, inventory systems, and photo documentation apps
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous restoration, inventory, or moving experience is a plus
