About the position

Y & Y Couriers, Inc. is seeking dedicated Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. As an Independent Service Provider for FedEx, our drivers play a crucial role in ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of packages. This position offers a family-oriented work environment with competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages using 18ft-22ft step vans.
• Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers.
• Maintain a clean motor vehicle record.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of driving experience required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical/Physical Exam paid for by the company.
• Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs.
• No felonies or violent misdemeanors, or drug-related misdemeanors.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in delivery driving preferred.
