About the position

Join Bryke Logistics as a FedEx Delivery Driver, where you will be responsible for making local residential and business deliveries. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the potential to earn between $700 to $1000 per week. The position requires a strong work ethic and work-related driving experience, but does not require a CDL license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the delivery vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences, performing up to 150 stops a day.
• Perform daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels.
• Load the vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with the manager.
• Accurately operate the scanner and effectively track the delivery process.
• Ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups, critical to the company's integrity.
• Consistently deliver the entire route in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Pass a drug test (including marijuana) and continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
• Punctuality and readiness to work each workday is essential.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a 'get it done' attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a Local Driver, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Courier, Pick Up Driver, or Delivery Driver.
• Experience driving for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft, or similar companies.
