Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice, along with 1 year of experience working with children (including internships or volunteer experiences) is preferred, OR a BA/BS degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides best practice, quality clinical services.
  • Ensures all documentation is completed per Payer’s, state licensing agent’s, COA, & HCA’s standards and established guidelines.
  • Assists with marketing for new referrals.
  • Communicates with customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints/concerns.
  • Develops treatment plans with the input of the treatment team and the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Provides individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions and skill building as outlined in the Treatment Plan.
  • Implements Health Connect America approved therapeutic interventions as delineated on the treatment plan with clients and their families.
  • Completes all client documentation within established time frames.
  • Attends and actively participates in weekly Treatment Team meetings.
  • Links the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the treatment plan.
  • Serves as a liaison with other professionals and agencies as related to the client.
  • Actively recruits new referrals to ensure that your caseload stays full.
  • Provides 24/7 on-call support for clients as per program requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with all state regulatory bodies & COA standards.
  • Participates in and completes all assigned training and professional development activities, including E Learning courses.
