Under the general direction of the Manager, Education, the Family Services Clinical Field Trainer is responsible for the deployment and evaluation of all aspects of Family Services department-based onboarding, role orientation, and ongoing competency training, with special emphasis on donor process related priorities and on location clinical case activity training and process confirmation. The Clinical Field Trainer’s primary goals are to teach, support, counsel, coach, evaluate and serve as a role model to team members and serve as a dedicated partner with Family Services leadership, Training Educator and Training Specialist, facilitating all aspects of the training programs for the Family Services team. Utilizing team specific data and metrics, the Field Trainer is also responsible for assisting in process improvement and standardization initiatives in all aspects of training. Position requires schedule flexibility to include day, night, and weekend work shifts, as well as travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices and service area donor hospitals to facilitate training processes.
