About the position
Shenandoah Community Health (SCH) is recruiting a full-time experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient position in our Winchester, VA office. SCH is a community health center and Primary Care Medical Home that offers access to primary care, behavioral health, women's health, and oral healthcare in the Shenandoah Valley of West Virginia and Virginia. Since 1976, the dedicated providers and support staff of Shenandoah Community Health have worked to ensure our patients receive the highest quality, most comprehensive healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and support services possible.
