Accelerated Urgent Care is seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners to provide urgent care services in Fresno, CA. This role involves working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, treating a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics. The position offers competitive pay, including overtime and a nighttime differential, along with sign-on and retention bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services during twelve-hour shifts with a one-hour break.
- Treat 4 to 5 patients per hour in a low-acuity setting.
- Perform bread and butter procedures such as I&Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repair.
- Utilize in-house point-of-care testing and X-rays, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Document patient interactions using VelociDoc with Dragon dictation.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies.
- Active and in good standing CA Medical License.
- DEA Certificate.
