About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, management of minor to moderate health conditions, and occupational health or convenient care options for the community. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results, including point of care and laboratory tests.
  • Manage acute illnesses, occupational health, and convenient care options, providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in case management to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques in all procedures to maintain patient safety.
  • Offer specialized care in areas such as DOT, college, sports physicals, occupational POC testing, essential physical exams, and senior care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
