Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a well-stocked department while providing superior customer service.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including scheduling work and training Partners.
- Assist with inventory control and manage product loading and unloading.
- Train Partners and direct their work, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- Assist in technical areas as needed and perform representative duties frequently.
- Provide coaching on customer service and assist customers with product selections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee effective production planning and execution in specific departments.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or 6 months of related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of department production stations and quality standards.
