Facility Project Manager

About the position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Facilities Project Manager position in LaBella's Environmental Division at our client's office in Rochester, NY. The Environmental Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for multi-year operations and capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance, security, capital and operation-based project implementation and overall functionality of properties within the client's portfolio.
• Supporting the Client's Facility Senior Manager in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property to ensure maintenance of approved quality standards.
• Preparing and coordinating all maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties.
• Completing work order requests in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the requested associate.
• Providing effective leadership in a matrix organization.
• Overseeing routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Negotiating contracts with service providers for cleaning, security, landscaping, system maintenance and repairs, and other facility needs.
• Managing financial aspects, including budgeting for repairs, utilities, and operational expenses.
• Ensuring the property meets government regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Implementing security measures and emergency preparedness plans.
