About The Position

Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Computer skills
Knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to work independently
5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Ability to work short shifts, short notice calls, statutory or designated holidays

Nice To Haves

Pool Operator certificate, where required
Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
