As a Facilities Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our corporate campus, ensuring that both internal and external environments are attractive and functional. This position involves performing general facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and organizational tasks across multiple buildings on our campus. In this role, you will be the first responder to unexpected and emergency facility issues, ensuring that problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance and repairs of campus buildings, supporting office moves and changes, and maintaining the exterior of the buildings and landscaping. You will also provide support for the company vehicle fleet, including movement, storage, and fueling, and assist in setting up facilities for meetings and special events. Additionally, you will conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing of various company equipment and systems, such as boilers, irrigation systems, emergency generators, chillers, and air handling systems. Quality inspections of contractor maintenance work will also be part of your duties, along with managing inventory of facility parts and supplies in an organized manner. This position requires a proactive approach to record retention functions and corporate support services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
