From responding to maintenance needs to supporting preventative care across the property, the Facilities Specialist plays an essential role in protecting the integrity of the guest experience while contributing to a culture of teamwork, responsiveness, and operational excellence. The Facilities Specialist operates with a high level of independence, technical capability, and attention to detail while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and exceptionally maintained environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
