About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the appearance of facilities and handling materials. The role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, equipment maintenance, and warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must pass drug screen
• Read, write & speak both English & Spanish
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing instruction or demands
• Ability to operate riding mower, hand tools & power tools

Nice To Haves

• Will certify if not already certified on forklift

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of facilities by performing tasks such as: watering, sweeping, mowing, tree trimming, pruning, painting and removing trash & debris
• Use lawn maintenance machinery such as: riding mower, weed eater, or chainsaw in daily work
• Use herbicides and insecticides that comply with all Federal & State regulations, as needed to control weeds and insects
• Maintain clean equipment & keep tools in operating condition according to manufacturer’s recommendations
• Assist in the loading/unloading and storing of materials using hand truck, pallet jack and/or forklift (will certify if not already certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in warehouse
