Requirements

• Coursework/Training: Mathematics, Mechanics, Electrical, Blueprint Reading.
• Completion of recognized apprenticeship journeyman program; OR full journey status; OR extensive applicable work experience.
• Vocational training may be substituted for work experience.
• Progressively responsible experience in aspects of building construction, maintenance and repair preferably in a healthcare setting where the incumbent has gained skills in areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural systems.
