We are seeking a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to perform a variety of exterior cleaning services. This role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend availability, and is an on-site position offering excellent earning potential through bonuses and commissions. Our Services Include: Window Washing (Residential and Commercial), Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Building Restoration, Caulking, Holiday Lighting Installation, Interior and Exterior Painting. As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering these services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to work some weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields is preferred but not required.
