Exterior Cleaning Technician Weekend Saturday and Sunday
About The Position
We are seeking reliable exterior cleaning technicians who can operate independently on solo routes and deliver quality work. While most jobs will be handled solo, you will have helper support for large commercial projects and high-volume work. This role involves operating your own truck across the DMV area, managing equipment, interacting directly with customers, and being accountable for results. For larger projects such as parking garages, shopping centers, and multi-building sites, apprentice support will be provided. This is not a helper position; you will be leading residential and standard commercial jobs independently.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable driving box trucks
- Not afraid of heights (experience with multi-story buildings and lift work is necessary)
- Customer service skills (direct interaction with homeowners and property managers)
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to obtain DOT medical card
- Pass background check

Responsibilities
- Run residential and commercial cleaning jobs across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland (90% solo work)
- Lead larger commercial projects with apprentice support
- Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
- Handle customer interactions and secure 5-star reviews
- Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards
- Follow quality control system (daily photo documentation)
- Report to Regional Operations Lead
