About the position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Alfa, a top-performing automotive dealership on McLoughlin Boulevard, has an exciting opening in our service department! We are actively seeking out an Express Service Advisor for hire! Our dealership is the #1 Volume MOPAR dealer in the Pacific Northwest! Working as an Express Service Advisor, you would provide customer service to our guests receiving express service and writing ROs for express work. The ideal candidate would have prior service writing experience and a great work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service experience.
• Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention-to-detail.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
