About The Position

Genesis Hospitality is seeking experienced and team-oriented candidates for the high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. The role involves taking the place of a chef in the kitchen, acting as a front expediter, finishing plates and takeout orders, preparing desserts for servers, and maintaining a clean and organized expeditor area. The position also requires performing other job-related duties as assigned by the manager. Candidates must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand and walk

Responsibilities

• Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
• Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
• Finishing all plates
• Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
• Getting desserts together for the servers
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager
