About the position

The Expert Change Management Consultant will implement a structured change management approach for complex, cross-functional projects within the Finance True North Program Portfolio. This role focuses on facilitating change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency in Finance and across the company, collaborating with executive sponsors and project leads to develop communication plans, conduct stakeholder assessments, and ensure organizational readiness for change.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices.
• Facilitate working sessions with project leads and sponsors to develop the case for change.
• Guide project leads on gathering the Voice of Customer through surveys, interviews, or focus groups.
• Provide change management support for complex projects to prepare stakeholders for changes.
• Identify communication and training opportunities to facilitate understanding and support for change.
• Anticipate people-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Evaluate and measure the success of change management strategies and share findings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to deliver desired results.
• Incorporate industry best practices into change management methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of change management experience on large-scale projects, including technology deployments.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training others.
