About the position

FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with headquarters in Munich, since 2013, FlixBus has offered a new, convenient, and green way to travel which suits every budget. Thanks to a smart business model and an innovative technology, the former startup has established Europe's largest intercity bus network in less than four years. To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Offline Sales and Retail Manager starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on important strategic projects in the offline sales department.
• Monitor and steer all shop performance as well as maintain a structured overview of the main relevant KPIs.
• Responsible for planning, execution, reporting, and documenting Shop and Agency projects in a highly self-organized manner.
• Roll out new Flix shops and support the existing ones, including commercial planning and quality management.
• Collaborate with different internal or external stakeholders.
• Act as key point of contact and strategic advisor for the Peruvian shop organization.
• Versed in traditional and/or agile ways of project management depending on the nature and organizational setup of the respective project.

Requirements

• Excellent Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field of study.
• First proven experience in a project management role.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to keep priorities refined.
• Experience in dealing with different internal and external stakeholders, also on an international level.
• Satisfaction in supporting people and in facilitating the success of projects, teams and individuals.
• Affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability.
• Passionate about tackling and successfully delivering new initiatives and value.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, every other language is a plus.
