About the position

St. Therese Catholic School is searching for a highly qualified Executive Secretary to serve its K-8th grade school. This professional must be self-motivated, extremely organized, detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills and love working with people. This is a full-time, 12 month position. A successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and remain confidential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates school enrollment
  • Manages billing of tuition and fees
  • Creates weekly newsletters
  • Communication coordinator
  • Assists administrative team with daily tasks
  • Track Safe Environment requirement compliance
  • Manages staff attendance with the support of administrative team
  • Manages personnel files
  • Coordinates After School Enrichment with school staff
  • Assist school staff with coverage when needed
  • Manage student records
  • Complete Diocesan and State educational reports

Requirements

  • Must be an excellent communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and other applications
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact preferred
  • Trusted with highly sensitive personal information
