About the position

Baptist Health is hiring an Executive Director, Baptist Medical Group Service Area to join the Behavioral Health Administrative team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville Campus of Baptist Health. This position will focus on outpatient behavioral health services. This role is the primary administrative leader over a service area and related practices. This leader translates BMG strategy into service area specific operational strategies. In dyad partnership with their Medical Director counterpart, they develop administrative goals and drive performance among the medical groups within their service area. The position oversees practice operations, identification and achievement of key metrics (productivity, etc.), regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, staffing and human resource management for the service area. This role also drives operational standardization across specialties within the service area (e.g., harmonizing operational strategies, guardrails, tools, initiatives across service areas and driving collaboration when possible).

Responsibilities

• Translate BMG strategy into service area specific operational strategies.
• Develop administrative goals and drive performance among the medical groups within the service area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Over 5 years Director Level Leadership Experience in Healthcare required.
• Over 5 years Physician Relationship Management Experience required.
• Over 5 years Physician Practice Management Experience required.
• Over 5 years Healthcare Operations Experience required.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree preferred.
