Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum management experience
  • 1 year minimum functional experience in food or culinary services (restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.)
  • Passionate about food and hospitality
  • Energetic and hands-on in the kitchen
  • Organized with strong operational skills
  • A team builder who thrives in a collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in high-volume or corporate dining

Responsibilities

  • Support culinary operations across multiple service platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 hourly employees
  • Partner with the Executive Chef 3 on scheduling, ordering & inventory management, and catering production
  • Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Drive consistency and innovation in menu execution
