This is a highly trusted position suited for someone who brings a true thought‑partner mindset—able to quickly grasp context, anticipate needs, flag risks, and offer sound recommendations. The CSO operates at the intersection of security strategy, executive decision‑making, and external engagement, and requires a partner who manages time as a strategic asset, prepares precise daily executive briefs, and represents the CSO with professionalism and executive presence. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong business judgment, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate is comfortable acting as connective tissue across leaders and functions, builds influence quickly in a large global organization, and demonstrates the highest level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and discretion.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, with proven capability to handle complex scheduling and executive workflows seamlessly.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and operate proactively without close supervision.
  • Ability to establish connections and persuade effectively at every level within a large organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for overseeing a highly complex, dynamic calendar with accuracy, making sure the CSO’s schedule is dedicated to the most impactful tasks.
  • Proactively safeguard focus time, arrange meetings in a deliberate order, and make immediate decisions to handle trade-offs as priorities change.
  • Prepare daily executive briefings, including meeting context, decision points, collaborator insights, and background materials to ensure the CSO is fully equipped for every meeting.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense management.
  • Represent the CSO with integrity and executive presence in interactions with senior leaders, partners, and external collaborators.
  • Cultivate trust-grounded bonds rapidly across a broad, matrixed organization to impact results and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and OCSO leadership to sustain operating rhythm and assist in carrying out key initiatives.
