About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO delivers high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer by overseeing complex schedules, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and acting as a critical liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders. This position is accountable for producing reports, presentations, and communications, managing confidential matters with discretion, and ensuring the CEO's day-to-day workflow operates seamlessly. The Executive Assistant additionally contributes to special projects, monitors priorities and timelines, and helps move forward the execution of major initiatives within a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience providing support to senior executives (preferably C-level)
  • Solid proficiency with platforms such as Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Background working in a fast-paced or high-growth setting
  • Experience managing projects
  • Must hold a valid/current U.S. Driver's License
  • Must be capable of passing a background check
  • Must maintain a clean MVR record
  • Tactful interaction with company team members and customers
  • Strong abilities in organization and planning
  • Excellent communication capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the CEO's calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
  • Develop agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Filter incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or route as appropriate
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and address them proactively
  • Act as the principal point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Arrange meetings with senior leadership, board members, and clients
  • Compose and edit emails, memos, and other written communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide support on special projects, research, and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding action items, and ensure follow-through
  • Aid in the execution of the company's priorities and leadership initiatives
  • Manage sensitive material with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Uphold professionalism and integrity throughout every interaction
  • Plan meetings, events, and executive off-sites
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
  • Oversee expense reports and basic budget-related tasks
  • Serve as a liaison with internal personnel at every level and across all locations
  • Engage with external clients as needed across the enterprise
