About The Position

This role provides dedicated support to one or more professionals, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. The position involves preparing expense reports, applying and implementing internal policies, and creating/preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports. The role offers global interaction and exposure to other levels of the organization, including handling confidential and sensitive information. Contact with others may be moderate to extensive and may involve problem resolution and negotiation. Responsibilities also include event and meeting coordination, involvement with project management, and participation in various teams, committees, and programs. The Executive Assistant will serve as a point of contact for site-wide communications, coordinate site events, and manage site visits from suppliers, company executives, and customers. This role may also involve managing small projects, coordinating customer visits, tracking budgets, and participating in complex projects. All other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
  • Internet/intranet skills with strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SAP
  • Calendaring, and Travel & expense applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must possess good organization and follow-up skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals, both internal and external.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities
