About The Position

As an Executive Assistant supporting Pharmacy Leadership, you’ll play a critical role in keeping senior leaders organized, prepared, and focused. You’ll be at the center of day-to-day operations, supporting multiple executive leaders while helping coordinate key pharmacy and therapeutics initiatives that impact our organization and the community we serve. This role is primarily on-site at US Steel, with flexibility to work remotely once per week. What You’ll Be Doing Think of yourself as the go-to partner for pharmacy leadership. Your day might include: Managing complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, juggling shifting priorities and last-minute changes with confidence and professionalism Supporting Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee meetings including: Coordinating schedules and sending invitations Assisting with meeting minutes Posting required documents online after decisions are finalized Providing high-level administrative support, including: Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations Compiling information and distributing materials within established timelines Conducting research and preparing basic statistical or summary reports Coordinating meetings and events with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including pharmaceutical manufacturers Handling purchasing-related tasks, such as ordering office supplies, tracking inventory, assisting with purchase orders, and supporting vendor payments Serving as a professional point of contact, answering and directing calls, receiving visitors, and coordinating conference calls Managing sensitive information with discretion, including confidential mail and executive-level communications Recording and distributing meeting minutes and other follow-up materials in a timely manner Arranging travel for executive leadership when needed (no regular travel required for the role) You’ll work closely with leaders and administrative partners across the organization, often under tight timelines, so staying organized, and proactive is key. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 8 years experience in an increasingly responsible administrative support role
  • 5+ years experience with support at the executive level
  • Demonstrates proficiency in core MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent calendar management skills including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
  • Act 34
