About The Position

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support HPC AI GTM North America. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees.
• Maintain key records and compile data for reports.
• Handle administrative tasks associated with the budget process.
• Schedule executive appointments and meetings.
• Maintain calendars for upper executive level employees.
• Prepare expense reports and executive presentations.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Coordinate administrative work within the department/division.
