The Events Team Member at Madisonville-Hopkins County Sportsplex plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth event operations. This part-time position involves interacting with guests, managing event registrations, and assisting with the coordination of facility events and parties. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to all guests.
• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-ins.
• Operate multi-line phones and record event information.
• Maintain confidentiality with guest and Team Member information.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating all facility events and parties.
• Ensure all party details are executed accurately and timely.
• Communicate clearly with Manager(s)-On-Duty and party hosts.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed.
• Support social marketing strategy for event promotion.
