Requirements

  • Helpful, service-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, especially email and calendar
  • Strong organization and task management skills
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Willingness to help others with novel or unique needs that may arise
  • Prior experience serving in an administrative capacity and/or providing customer service

Responsibilities

  • Collecting/delivering incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Covering the front desk during business hours and serving as the receptionist; supervising receptionist interns
  • Providing assistance to callers and visitors to the office, assisting Pinnacle employees with administrative needs including ordering supplies, managing the breakroom, and planning and supporting company events.
  • Will also run errands to purchase supplies, go to the Post Office, or make other local trips as assigned.
