About the position
The Event Manager at JNP Industries is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of events at the convention center. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, and excellent client relationship management to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all events hosted at the convention center.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown.
- Oversee the on-site execution of events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of event details and post-event evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
