About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk at Kroger involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encouraging similar behavior in other associates. As a member of the Deli team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer loyalty. The Deli Clerk assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals for the department and ensures all quality assurance standards are met.
