Responsibilities
- Help people grow, learn, and live well
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
- Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
