(SLP) Evaluator -Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Early Intervention
About The Position
An early intervention agency provides support and services to infants and young children who may have developmental delays or disabilities. These agencies aim to identify and address potential challenges early on, helping children reach their developmental milestones and improve their overall quality of life. Services may include therapy, education, and guidance for both the child and their family. Requirements
- Active NYS Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience conducting pediatric evaluations preferred
- Early Intervention experience strongly preferred
- Strong report-writing and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages 0–3
- Assess expressive/receptive language, articulation, feeding, pragmatic, and developmental communication skills
- Complete evaluation reports and recommendations in a timely manner
- Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations when applicable
- Communicate findings professionally with families and service coordinators
- Maintain compliance with Early Intervention documentation standards
