About the position

The ETI Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine offers a one-year specialized training program in Emergency and Trauma Imaging. This fellowship is designed for individuals who have completed or are about to complete a diagnostic radiology residency. The program provides extensive clinical experience in a high-volume emergency setting, allowing fellows to customize their training according to their future career goals, whether in clinical practice or academia.

Responsibilities

  • Gain emergent interpretive experience in CT, MR, Ultrasound, and radiography.
  • Participate in educational case conferences, M&M conferences, and a lecture series.
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and allied health students and residents.
  • Utilize a professional development fund for educational materials or conference attendance.

Requirements

  • Completion or scheduled completion of an ACGME or RCPSC accredited diagnostic radiology residency prior to July 1 of the fellowship year.
  • MD degree or equivalent.
  • Meet requirements for medical licensure in the state of Georgia.
