About the position
The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects. The main objective is to help ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This role requires a thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. The Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates by gathering and analyzing relevant data, identifying and quantifying cost factors such as production time, raw materials, and labor expenses. Collaboration with Project Managers and other stakeholders is essential to review and finalize cost estimates, ensuring all parties are aligned on budget expectations. Additionally, the Estimator will maintain accurate records of cost estimates and update them as necessary to reflect any changes in project scope or market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects by gathering and analyzing data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for construction projects.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
