Requirements

Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
Proficiency with construction estimating software
Strong computer skills and excellent time-management abilities
Well‑developed estimating skills with proven accuracy
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal teams

Nice To Haves

Experience working with an excavation company preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for construction and excavation projects
Utilize Heavy Bid / Heavy Job or similar construction estimating software
Communicate professionally and positively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements
Maintain organized documentation, cost data, and project records
Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
