About the position

The Estimator/Project Manager at TekisHub Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing bridge construction projects, including estimating costs and managing project timelines. This role requires a solid understanding of construction methods and the ability to review and interpret construction plans and specifications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bridge construction projects from estimation to completion.
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and engineers, to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in bridge construction, estimating, or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and means specific to bridge construction.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience in construction management and estimating.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong experience reviewing construction drawings.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Bluebeam and Outlook.
