Job Overview: The ESOL Instructor is responsible for providing integrated English language instruction for non-native English speakers. The instructor must be able to successfully develop and tailor curriculum and materials to the needs of students enrolled into the program including the support of student recruitment, registration, attendance tracking, retention, progress and assessment. This is a part-time non-exempt 18.75 hours per week position, reporting to the Adult Education Instructional Supervisor of the Adult Education Program. Currently the class is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Mondays are orientation and registration days for new students and are rolling throughout the year.
