About The Position

Nexthink is seeking an ESG Program Manager to lead and scale its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This role will drive sustainability and social impact efforts in collaboration with employees, customers, investors, and regulators. The program manager will build awareness, engage employees, and ensure the company's ESG efforts are credible and audit-ready. This position will establish the infrastructure for Nexthink's sustainability and social impact credibility, linking these efforts to engagement, inclusion, well-being, and company culture. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to align ESG programs with business outcomes and reports to the Head of Talent Success, as ESG is central to people, learning, and purpose.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in ESG or sustainability experience.
  • Expertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi.
  • Cross-functional program management skills, including rallying teams, aligning priorities, and achieving results without formal authority.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling abilities, including validating numbers and explaining their meaning.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ESG strategy, policies, and governance frameworks aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead the cross-functional ESG committee, publish the annual ESG report, and monitor risks and market trends.
  • Own carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3) and lead the SBTi-aligned emissions reduction roadmap.
  • Manage the EcoVadis rating, CDP, and certifications, driving real environmental performance improvements.
  • Own ESG data collection, validation, and carbon methodologies.
  • Ensure CSRD/ESRS readiness, audit trails, and assurance support.
  • Manage ESG customer and investor requests.
  • Support RFPs, due diligence, and aligned cross-functional responses.
  • Lead workforce well-being, inclusion and belonging, and responsible business programs.
  • Support ethics and accountability frameworks, and oversee the global volunteerism program with the local workplace team.
  • Own ESG communications to leadership and employees, driving engagement and awareness across the company.
  • Plan and support communication touchpoints across global and P&T audiences (webinars, global meetings, etc.).
