About the position
The Escape the Room Assistant Manager position is a full-time role focused on overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at one of Denver's most exciting attractions. The role requires a proactive individual who can maintain brand standards, train and supervise staff, and respond to customer feedback effectively.
Responsibilities
- Directing staff and upholding brand standards throughout shifts.
- Maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of different props, sets, and public spaces.
- Training, supervising, appraising, and coordinating staff.
- Monitoring and responding to customer questions and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintaining an engaging, organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Overseeing and executing sales calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of management experience (preferred).
- 1 year of supervising employees (preferred).
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in user-friendly computer and internet platforms/applications.
- Experience with guest relations and sales.
- Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues as they arise.

- Experience in theater, hospitality, service, or retail environments.
