About The Position

The ERTS (Emergency Response and Training Solutions) Program Manager reports to the Director of Program Management and is responsible for managing a team of 4-6 Project Managers and Project Specialists. This role oversees the full range of emergency spill response management and supervision necessary for the successful performance and completion of projects. The Program Manager will maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, organizing, leading, and successfully completing projects to ensure appropriate regulatory closure of each incident. Additionally, the Program Manager participates in sales and marketing efforts by providing input to the Director of Project Management to support client expectations and service growth.
