About the position

The position involves leading Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects, specifically focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met within the defined scope and budget. The role requires collaboration with business leaders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the design and deployment of various Oracle Fusion ERP modules, manage change effectively, and provide post-implementation support to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met within scope and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, and risk registers.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements, goals, and pain points.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Provide regular project updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).
  • Ensure best practices are followed during system configuration and customization.
  • Drive process standardization and automation through Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption.
  • Train and mentor end-users and key business teams.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and support documents.
  • Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies early in the project.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and support teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Measure success metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
  • Understanding of system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the EPC domain.
