Equipment Engineering Maintenance Section Leader
About The Position
onsemi is seeking an Equipment Engineering Maintenance Section Leader to support our Site in Mountain Top, PA. In this role, you will manage a team of Equipment Maintenance Technicians responsible for 24x5 manufacturing of wafers used in Automotive and Consumer applications worldwide. You will collaborate closely with the Fab Operations Group in a team-based environment to ensure equipment supports overall site goals. onsemi is a company driving disruptive innovations in automotive and industrial end-markets, focusing on vehicle electrification, sustainable energy grids, industrial automation, and 5G/cloud infrastructure. Requirements
- Experience in equipment maintenance.
- Experience in managing a team of technicians.
- Familiarity with 24x5 manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of wafer manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of automotive and consumer applications.
