Responsibilities

• Application support including builds, configurations, and bug fixes specific to Epic modules
• Incident Management to monitor, triage, and resolve user issues
• Manage projects and enhancements across Epic MyChart, Radiant, and Security modules
• User provisioning, including Affiliates, Cache, etc.
• ServiceNow Dashboarding and Reporting
• Support validation across various upgrades and installations
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and communications, including requirements gathering and proposing solutions
• Act as a liaison between Accenture and clients, working with offshore teams

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Epic MyChart including issues, configurations, projects, etc.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Epic Security with User Provisioning, Unix, Cache, Affiliate, Class & Pools Exposure
• A minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting issues with Radiant and Cupid modules
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Imprivata security validations and issues
• High school diploma or GED

Nice-to-haves

• Certified in Epic MyChart
• Certified in Epic Radiant
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
